Managing principal Pamela B. Neiman, a California certified interior designer, has more than 25 years experience in interior design services, wayfinding and signage, and project management. She is well versed in all aspects of design and construction, including project initiation, programming, preliminary planning and design development, regulatory agency approvals, construction documentation and construction administration.

As the principal manager, Ms. Neiman’s strong management background allows her to keep tight control on each project’s scope, schedule,  budget and quality assurance.

The firm’s architect, Clifford J. Neiman, has more than 25 years experience in planning, designing and construction of complex building types.

He is a master of regulatory and code compliance such as Title 24, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Unified Building Code, Fire Marshal regulations, Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, and Division of State Architect requirements.

Mr. Neiman, a California licensed architect, brings to the table a sound technical, regulatory and construction administration background. He serves as project architect and project manager.
